Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 5 (gene abcc12) in zebrafish samples and is validated for IHC and ICC/IF.
In zebrafish, abcc12 encodes a member of the ABC transporter subfamily C (the MRP family), which uses ATP to move substrates across membranes. The specific substrates and roles of the zebrafish protein have not been fully characterized.

Validated Applications
| IHC (paraffin sections) | 2–5 µg/mL |
|---|---|
| Immunocytochemistry / Immunofluorescence | 5 µg/mL |
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish colon tissue, zebrafish liver tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): zebrafish embryo tissue.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 5 in the apical cell membrane, basolateral cell membrane, cytoplasmic granule and endosome membrane.
