Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects ATP-binding cassette sub-family E member 1 (gene abce1) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
ABCE1 is a highly conserved ATPase that recycles ribosomes by splitting them into large and small subunits after translation ends or when ribosomes stall. It also takes part in translation initiation and is essential for cell viability, so it is studied in protein synthesis and quality control.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish colon tissue, zebrafish kidney tissue, zebrafish retina tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.

Recombinant zebrafish ABCE1 fragment (Gln141–Asp599), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
