Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes atypical chemokine receptor 3a (gene ackr3a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
In zebrafish, ackr3a (cxcr7a) is an atypical chemokine receptor related to human ACKR3. It is thought to scavenge the chemokine Cxcl12 and shape its gradients, and zebrafish studies use it to understand guided cell migration, such as in the lateral line primordium, during development.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish spinal cord tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Immunogen
Recombinant zebrafish ACKR3A fragment (Met1–Ala324), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places atypical chemokine receptor 3a in the cell membrane and endosome. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
