Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets proteasomal ubiquitin receptor ADRM1 (gene adrm1b) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
In zebrafish, adrm1b encodes a homolog of ADRM1 (also called Rpn13), a ubiquitin receptor on the 26S proteasome. It helps the proteasome recognize ubiquitin-tagged proteins so they can be unfolded and degraded, a process that clears damaged or unneeded proteins and supports cell cycle control, apoptosis and DNA repair.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, female zebrafish viscera tissue, male zebrafish viscera tissue, whole zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.

Recombinant zebrafish ADRM1 fragment (Ser14–Met385), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places proteasomal ubiquitin receptor ADRM1 in the cytoplasm and nucleus. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
