Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets acidic leucine-rich nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member E (gene anp32e) in zebrafish samples and is validated for IHC.
In zebrafish, anp32e encodes a homolog of ANP32E, a histone chaperone that removes the histone variant H2A.Z from nucleosomes. By shaping where H2A.Z sits on chromatin, especially at enhancers, ANP32E contributes to chromatin organization and gene regulation.
