Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes set1/Ash2 histone methyltransferase complex subunit ASH2 (gene ash2l) in zebrafish samples and is validated for IHC and ICC/IF.
ASH2L is a core subunit of the SET1/MLL (COMPASS-like) histone methyltransferase complexes, together with WDR5, RBBP5 and DPY30. These complexes methylate histone H3 at lysine 4, a mark associated with active gene promoters, and ASH2L is studied in transcriptional regulation and development.

Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
