Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes ATP synthase lipid-binding protein (gene atp5mc1) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and ICC/IF.
ATP5MC1 encodes one form of subunit c of mitochondrial ATP synthase (complex V). Multiple copies of subunit c form the membrane rotor ring that turns as protons flow across the inner mitochondrial membrane, driving ATP production.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, female zebrafish viscera tissue, male zebrafish viscera tissue, whole zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): zebrafish embryo tissue.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.

Recombinant zebrafish ATP5G1/2/3 fragment (Asp64–Leu115), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places ATP synthase lipid-binding protein in the mitochondrion membrane. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
