Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects ATP synthase subunit beta (gene atp5f1b) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and ICC/IF.
ATP5F1B is the beta subunit of the catalytic F1 head of mitochondrial ATP synthase (complex V). The beta subunits contain the catalytic sites that make ATP from ADP and phosphate, driven by the proton gradient built by the respiratory chain.

| Immunocytochemistry / Immunofluorescence | 5 µg/mL (Zebrafish) |
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, female zebrafish viscera tissue, male zebrafish viscera tissue, whole zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): zebrafish embryo tissue.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish colon tissue, zebrafish kidney tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Immunogen
Recombinant zebrafish ATPB/ATP5F1B fragment (Gln112–Ser517), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places ATP synthase subunit beta in the membrane. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
