Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects calretinin (gene calb2a) in zebrafish samples.
In zebrafish, calb2a encodes a calretinin, an EF-hand Ca2+-binding protein that buffers intracellular calcium in neurons. Like its mammalian counterpart, it labels specific neuronal populations and is used as a marker in zebrafish studies of nervous system development and sensory circuits.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places calretinin in the cell projection and synapse.
