Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects voltage-dependent L-type calcium channel subunit alpha (gene cacna1da) in zebrafish samples.
In zebrafish, cacna1da encodes an alpha-1D subunit of L-type voltage-gated calcium channels, related to mammalian Cav1.3. It mediates Ca2+ entry into excitable cells on depolarization, and zebrafish studies use it to investigate sensory hair cell function and neural development.
