Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects cadherin-related family member 1a (gene cdhr1a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for IHC and ICC/IF.
In zebrafish, cadherin-related family member 1a (cdhr1a) is a putative calcium-dependent adhesion protein expressed in the retina. It contributes to the layered organization of retinal cells and to the shape of Müller glia, so it is studied in models of retinal development and photoreceptor maintenance.

Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places cadherin-related family member 1a in the membrane. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (zebrafish): Expressed in photoreceptor cells of the outer nuclear layer of the retina and in the pinal gland.
