Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects chromodomain-helicase-DNA-binding protein 7 (gene chd7) in zebrafish samples.
In zebrafish, chd7 encodes a chromodomain helicase DNA-binding protein, a member of the CHD family of ATP-dependent chromatin remodelers. Because the human counterpart is mutated in CHARGE syndrome, zebrafish chd7 is used to study the development of tissues such as the neural crest, inner ear, eye and heart.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places chromodomain-helicase-DNA-binding protein 7 in the nucleus.
