Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets collagen alpha-2(VI) chain (gene col6a2) in zebrafish samples and is validated for IHC.
Collagen α2(VI) chain (COL6A2) combines with the α1 and α3 chains to form type VI collagen microfibrils that link cells to the surrounding matrix. It is important for muscle and connective tissue integrity, and it is studied in collagen VI-related muscular dystrophies.
