Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects V-crk sarcoma virus CT10 oncogene homolog (gene crkl) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and ICC/IF.
CRK-like protein (CRKL) is an SH2/SH3 adaptor related to CRK that relays signals from tyrosine kinases to downstream effectors such as C3G. It is a prominent substrate of the BCR-ABL kinase in chronic myeloid leukemia and is important for development.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): zebrafish embryo tissue.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish kidney tissue, zebrafish pancreas tissue, zebrafish colon tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
