Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes cullin-1 (gene cul1a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot.
In zebrafish, cul1a encodes a Cullin-1 homolog, the scaffold protein of SCF-type cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligases. By analogy with mammalian Cullin-1, it links substrate-recognition F-box proteins to the E2 enzyme and supports ubiquitin-dependent protein turnover, though its specific roles in zebrafish development have not been fully characterized.
