Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets G1/S-specific cyclin-E1 (gene ccne1) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot.
Cyclin E1 (CCNE1) activates CDK2 in late G1 to promote the transition into S phase and the start of DNA replication. It is tightly regulated by ubiquitin-mediated degradation, and CCNE1 amplification is well documented in several cancers, notably high-grade serous ovarian cancer.

Validated Applications
| Western blot | 0.25–0.5 µg/mL (Zebrafish) |
|---|
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 10% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Immunogen
Recombinant zebrafish Cyclin E1/CCNE1 fragment (Met1–Ser389), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places G1/S-specific cyclin-E1 in the nucleus. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
