Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes dual specificity protein phosphatase (gene dusp4) in zebrafish samples and is validated for IHC.
In zebrafish, dusp4 encodes a dual-specificity protein phosphatase of the MAP kinase phosphatase family. Members of this family remove phosphate from threonine and tyrosine residues of MAP kinases to limit their activity; the specific roles of zebrafish dusp4 are less well characterized.
| Target | Dual specificity protein phosphatase (gene dusp4; UniProt Q7SZF3, zebrafish) |

| Reactivity | Zebrafish |
| Form | Liquid |
| Formulation | 20 mM PBS; 50% glycerol; 0.02% NaN3 |
| Storage | Store at −20 °C for up to 12 months or 4 °C for up to 1 month. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles. |
Validated Applications
| IHC (paraffin sections) | 2–5 µg/mL |
|---|
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish heart tissue, zebrafish kidney tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places dual specificity protein phosphatase in the nucleus.
