Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets dual specificity protein phosphatase (gene dusp6) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and ICC/IF.
DUSP6 (also called MKP-3) is a cytoplasmic dual-specificity phosphatase that selectively dephosphorylates and inactivates ERK1 and ERK2. Its expression is induced by FGF and ERK signaling, forming a negative feedback loop, and it is studied in development and growth factor signaling.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): zebrafish embryo tissue.

Recombinant zebrafish DUSP6 fragment (Met1–Lys233), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places dual specificity protein phosphatase in the cytoplasm. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
