Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets RNA helicase (gene eif4a2) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and ICC/IF.
eIF4A2 is a DEAD-box RNA helicase closely related to eIF4A1 that can function in the eIF4F complex to unwind mRNA 5′ leaders during translation initiation. It has also been linked to microRNA-mediated translational repression.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): zebrafish embryo tissue.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish colon tissue, zebrafish kidney tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.

Recombinant zebrafish EIF4A2 fragment (Met1–Gln119), expressed in E. coli.
