Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes phosphopyruvate hydratase (gene eno1a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
In zebrafish, eno1a encodes an enolase (phosphopyruvate hydratase), one of the duplicated orthologs of mammalian alpha-enolase. Enolases catalyze the reversible conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate in glycolysis and gluconeogenesis.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish kidney tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
