Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects zgc:92428 (gene fhl2a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for IHC and ICC/IF.
In zebrafish, fhl2a is one of two paralogs of the four and a half LIM domains 2 gene. Its specific function has not been fully characterized, but the related mammalian protein FHL2 is a LIM-domain adaptor involved in muscle and heart biology.

Validated Applications
| IHC (paraffin sections) | 2–5 µg/mL (Zebrafish) |
|---|---|
| Immunocytochemistry / Immunofluorescence | 5 µg/mL (Zebrafish) |
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): zebrafish embryo tissue.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish kidney tissue, zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish colon tissue, zebrafish heart tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Immunogen
Recombinant zebrafish FHL2a/b fragment (Lys235–Ile279), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places zgc:92428 in the nucleus.
