Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets fibronectin (gene fn1a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot.
In zebrafish, fn1a encodes one of two fibronectin 1 paralogs. Fibronectin is an extracellular matrix glycoprotein that supports cell adhesion and migration, and zebrafish fn1a is studied in embryonic processes such as heart development and somite formation.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 8% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.

Recombinant zebrafish FN1A fragment (Phe1936–Arg2241), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
