Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets hemoglobin beta embryonic-3 (gene hbbe3) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
In zebrafish, hemoglobin beta embryonic-3 (hbbe3) is a beta-type globin expressed in primitive erythrocytes of the early embryo. Together with embryonic alpha globins it forms early hemoglobin, and it is used as a marker of embryonic erythropoiesis.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish erythrocytes tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.

Recombinant zebrafish HBBE3 fragment (Glu8–Gln128), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
