Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets scaffold protein ILK in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
Integrin-linked kinase (ILK) is a scaffold protein bound to the cytoplasmic tails of beta integrins at focal adhesions. With PINCH and parvin it forms the IPP complex that links integrins to the actin cytoskeleton, supporting cell adhesion, spreading and migration. ILK is studied in cell–matrix signaling, tissue development and cancer cell motility.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish heart tissue, zebrafish muscle tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.

Recombinant zebrafish ILK fragment (Met1–Lys452), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places scaffold protein ILK in the cell membrane, cell projection and cytoplasm. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
