Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets integrator complex subunit 12 (gene ints12) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and ICC/IF.
INTS12 is a subunit of the Integrator complex, which associates with RNA polymerase II and ends transcription close to gene promoters. Integrator also processes the 3′ ends of small nuclear RNAs, and INTS12 is studied as part of this machinery in transcriptional regulation.

| Immunocytochemistry / Immunofluorescence | 5 µg/mL (Zebrafish) |
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish spinal cord tissue, zebrafish kidney tissue, zebrafish eye tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): zebrafish embryo tissue.
Immunogen
Recombinant zebrafish INTS12 fragment (Met1–Lys394), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places integrator complex subunit 12 in the nucleus. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
