Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ubiquitin-like protein ISG15 in zebrafish samples.
ISG15 is a ubiquitin-like protein strongly induced by type I interferons. It is attached to many target proteins through an E1–E2–E3 enzyme cascade (ISGylation) and can also act in free form, including as a secreted signal. ISG15 is a standard marker of interferon responses and is studied in antiviral immunity in mammals and zebrafish.
