Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets matrix metalloproteinase-9 (gene mmp9) in zebrafish samples and is validated for IHC.
MMP-9 (gelatinase B) is a secreted matrix metalloproteinase that degrades type IV and V collagens, gelatin and other matrix proteins. It supports leukocyte migration, tissue remodeling and osteoclast bone resorption, and it is widely measured in studies of inflammation, vascular disease, and tumor invasion.
