Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes MOB1, Mps One Binder kinase activator-like 2A (gene mob3a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot.
MOB3A is a member of the MOB (Mps one binder) family of kinase activator proteins. MOB proteins bind and regulate NDR/LATS and related kinases in pathways such as Hippo signaling, but the specific targets and functions of MOB3A are not well characterized.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 12% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.

Recombinant zebrafish MOB3A/B/C fragment (Glu29–His216), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
