Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 1 isoform X1 (gene nap1l1) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot.
NAP1L1 (nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 1) is a histone chaperone that shuttles H2A-H2B dimers into the nucleus and helps assemble and disassemble nucleosomes. Through this activity it influences transcription, chromatin remodeling and DNA repair, and it is studied in chromatin biology and neural development.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 10% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.

Recombinant zebrafish NAP1L1 fragment (Asn31–Glu53), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 1 isoform X1 in the nucleus. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
