Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes ubiquitin-like protein NEDD8 in zebrafish samples and is validated for IHC.
NEDD8 is a ubiquitin-like protein attached to a small set of targets, most importantly the cullin scaffolds of cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligases. This neddylation activates the ligases and drives degradation of cyclins and other regulators, so NEDD8 is central to cell cycle control, and the pathway is studied with inhibitors such as MLN4924 (pevonedistat).
