Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets nuclear envelope integral membrane protein 1 (gene nemp1) in zebrafish samples.
In zebrafish, nemp1 is an integral protein of the inner nuclear membrane. Based on studies of related species, it helps make the nuclear envelope of germ cells stiffer, supports fertility and is needed for nuclear opening and enucleation during late red blood cell maturation.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places nuclear envelope integral membrane protein 1 in the nucleus inner membrane and nucleoplasmic side.
