Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes LOC100148014 protein (gene nkx2.4a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot.
In zebrafish, nkx2.4a encodes a member of the NK2 homeobox family of transcription factors. Its specific function has not been fully characterized.

Validated Applications
| Western blot | 0.25–0.5 µg/mL (Zebrafish) |
|---|
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 10% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Immunogen
Recombinant zebrafish NKX2.4A fragment (Ile20–Trp336), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places LOC100148014 protein in the nucleus. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
