Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets otpa protein in zebrafish samples.
In zebrafish, otpa is one of two orthologs of Orthopedia, a homeodomain transcription factor. It is needed for development of specific hypothalamic neuroendocrine and dopaminergic neuron groups, and zebrafish is a key model for studying its role in forebrain development.
