Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets programmed cell death protein 10-A (gene pdcd10a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for IHC.
In zebrafish, pdcd10a encodes one of two fish orthologs of PDCD10 (CCM3). Like the human protein, it is thought to act with GCKIII kinases and the STRIPAK complex, and zebrafish studies link it to normal cardiovascular development.
| Target | Programmed cell death protein 10-A (gene pdcd10a; UniProt Q6PHH3, zebrafish) |

| Host / Clonality / Isotype | Rabbit / Polyclonal / Rabbit IgG |
| Reactivity | Zebrafish |
| Form | Lyophilized |
| Formulation | Per vial: 4 mg trehalose; 0.9 mg NaCl; 0.2 mg Na2HPO4 |
| Storage | As supplied: −20 °C for up to 12 months from receipt. After reconstitution: 4 °C for up to 1 month, or aliquot and keep at −20 °C for up to 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles. |
Validated Applications
| IHC (paraffin sections) | 2–5 µg/mL (Zebrafish) |
|---|
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish colon tissue, zebrafish pancreas tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Immunogen
Recombinant zebrafish PDCD10a/b fragment (Met1–Ala210), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places programmed cell death protein 10-A in the cytoplasm, Golgi apparatus membrane and cell membrane.
