Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 4 (gene psmd4a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot.
In zebrafish, psmd4a encodes a homolog of 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 4 (Rpn10). By analogy with the mammalian protein, it is expected to act as a ubiquitin receptor that captures polyubiquitinated proteins for proteasomal degradation, though its specific role in zebrafish has not been fully characterized.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 10% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.

Recombinant zebrafish PSMD4a/b fragment (Met1–Asp322), expressed in E. coli.
