Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 6 (gene psmd6) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
PSMD6 (Rpn7) is a PCI domain subunit of the 19S regulatory lid. It acts as an early organizer of lid assembly and helps attach the lid to the base, supporting the function of the 26S proteasome in degrading ubiquitinated proteins.
| Target | 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 6 (gene psmd6; UniProt Q7ZWE5, zebrafish) |

Validated Applications
| Western blot | 0.25–0.5 µg/mL (Zebrafish) |
|---|---|
| IHC (paraffin sections) | 2–5 µg/mL (Zebrafish) |
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish spinal tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Immunogen
E. coli-derived zebrafish PSMD6 recombinant protein.(Position: T27-Q378).
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
