Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects RAB1A, member RAS oncogene family a (gene rab1aa) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
In zebrafish, rab1aa encodes a small Rab GTPase orthologous to human RAB1A, which controls ER-to-Golgi vesicle transport. Its specific role in zebrafish has not been fully characterized.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish spinal tissue, zebrafish kidney tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.

Recombinant zebrafish RAB1aa/ab fragment (Arg71–Thr195), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
