Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets rho family-interacting cell polarization regulator 2 (gene ripor2) in zebrafish samples.
RIPOR2 (formerly FAM65B) is an inhibitor of the small GTPase RhoA. It regulates polarization and migration of neutrophils and T lymphocytes, contributes to muscle cell differentiation, and is needed for normal stereocilia in inner ear hair cells, where its variants are linked to hearing loss. It is studied in human cells and zebrafish.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places rho family-interacting cell polarization regulator 2 in the cytoplasm, cell projection and apical cell membrane. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (zebrafish): Expressed in the eye, nervous system, and skeletal muscles.
