Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase large subunit (gene rrm1) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot.
RRM1 is the large catalytic subunit of ribonucleotide reductase, the enzyme that converts ribonucleotides into the deoxyribonucleotides needed for DNA synthesis and repair. It carries the active site and allosteric sites that balance dNTP pools, and it is a direct target of the nucleoside analog gemcitabine.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 10% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.

Recombinant zebrafish RRM1 fragment (Ala129–Gln730), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase large subunit in the cytoplasm. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
