Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects splicing factor 3B subunit 3 (gene sf3b3) in zebrafish samples and is validated for IHC and ICC/IF.
Splicing factor 3B subunit 3 (SF3B3, SF3b130) is a subunit of the SF3b complex in the U2 snRNP of the spliceosome. It helps the U2 snRNP recognize the intron branch site during early spliceosome assembly and is studied in pre-mRNA splicing.

Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish kidney tissue, zebrafish heart tissue, zebrafish muscle tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): zebrafish embryo tissue.
