Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1A (gene srsf1a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
In zebrafish, srsf1a encodes a serine/arginine-rich splicing factor related to mammalian SRSF1. SR proteins of this family help define exons and regulate alternative splicing, and srsf1a is studied in zebrafish RNA processing and development.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish colon tissue, zebrafish kidney tissue, zebrafish spinal cord tissue, zebrafish eye tissue, zebrafish skeletal muscle tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.

Recombinant zebrafish SRSF1a/b fragment (Ser2–Glu32), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1A in the nucleus. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
