Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes receptor for retinol uptake stra6 in zebrafish samples.
In zebrafish, stra6 encodes a membrane receptor that takes up vitamin A. It accepts retinol from the plasma carrier Rbp4, moves it across the cell membrane and passes it to the intracellular retinol-binding protein Rbp1, and it is needed for normal vitamin A balance, including during eye development.
