Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets 26S proteasome regulatory subunit 6A isoform X1 (gene psmc3) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
PSMC3 (Rpt5) is an AAA+ ATPase of the 19S regulatory particle whose C-terminus docks into the 20S core to help open its gate. Together with the other ATPases it unfolds and translocates ubiquitinated substrates, and it is studied in proteasome mechanics and ubiquitin-dependent degradation.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish spinal tissue, zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish heart tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.

Recombinant zebrafish TBP-1/PSMC3 fragment (Met1–Ala427), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
