Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects tissue factor pathway inhibitor (gene tfpia) in zebrafish samples.
In zebrafish, tfpia is a paralog of tissue factor pathway inhibitor, a Kunitz-type protease inhibitor that in mammals restrains the start of blood coagulation by inhibiting factor Xa and the tissue factor–factor VIIa complex. The zebrafish protein has not been fully characterized.
