Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets transcription factor twist1 (gene twist1a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
In zebrafish, twist1a is one of two paralogs of the vertebrate TWIST1 gene, which encodes a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor. TWIST1 proteins regulate mesoderm and neural crest-derived mesenchyme, and zebrafish twist1a is studied in craniofacial and skeletal development.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): zebrafish brain tissue, zebrafish spinal cord tissue, zebrafish muscle tissue, zebrafish kidney tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
