Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes protein unc-45 homolog B (gene unc45b) in zebrafish samples.
In zebrafish, Unc45b is a co-chaperone that works with HSP90 to fold the motor domain of myosin. It is needed for thick filament and sarcomere assembly in developing muscle, and zebrafish mutants show defects in muscle, heart and lens development. It is studied in muscle development and chaperone biology.
