Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects 14-3-3 protein epsilon (gene ywhae1) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot.
In zebrafish, ywhae1 encodes a 14-3-3 ε protein, a member of the highly conserved 14-3-3 family of adapter proteins. Based on this family membership it is expected to bind phosphorylated partner proteins and help regulate signaling, although the zebrafish protein itself is not well characterized.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): zebrafish head tissue, whole female zebrafish tissue, whole male zebrafish tissue, zebrafish embryo tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 10% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.

Recombinant zebrafish YWHAE1/2 fragment (Gln16–Leu163), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
