In HepG2 cells, Anticancer agent 104 (48 h) is toxic, with IC50: 31.39 μM[1]. Anticancer agent 104 (10-200 μg/mL, 48 h) causes volume reduction and chromatin margination, and eventually apoptotic vesicles form[1]. Anticancer agent 104 (10-100 μg/mL, 48 h) triggers apoptosis in HepG2 cells[1].
