Biological Activity
Anticancer Agent 39 (compound B12), a fluorescent derivative of Jiyuan Oridonin A (JOA), not only induces apoptosis through the collapse of mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) but also inhibits cell cloning and migration, demonstrating promising anti-proliferative activity against HGC-27 cells with an IC50 value of 0.39 uM (1).
