In Vitro
Panc-1 and PC3 as well as MDA-MB-231 cell lines can be inhibited by Antiproliferative agent-42 (0-100 μM, 48 h), with IC50 values of 12.5 μM, 17.7 μM, and 13.1 μM, respectively[1]. Sub-G1 phase arrest can be induced in Panc-1 cancer cells by Antiproliferative agent-42 (12.54 μM, 48 h)[1]. In Panc-1 cancer cells, the protein level of cleaved-caspase-3 and caspase-3 is turned down by Antiproliferative agent-42 (12.54 μM), while pro-caspase-3 protein level stays unchanged in Panc-1 cancer cells [1].
